2. User-Generated Content

When you upload, submit, store, send, or receive content through our platform, including webinar presentations, course materials, recordings, comments, or other materials, you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in that content.
2.2 License Grant to Ulme Tresto
By uploading or sharing content through our services, you grant Ulme Tresto a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with providing and improving our services. This license continues even if you stop using our services for content that has been shared with other users and they continue to use it.
2.3 Responsibility for Content
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to grant the above license for any content you submit, and that your content does not infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party intellectual property rights.
3. Copyright Protection
3.1 Webinar Recordings
Recordings of live webinars broadcast through our platform may contain content owned by multiple parties, including presenters, participants, and Ulme Tresto. The copyright ownership of these recordings depends on the agreements between the parties involved. Unless otherwise specified, webinar hosts retain copyright in their presentations while Ulme Tresto retains rights to the platform infrastructure and recording functionality.
3.2 Educational Materials
Course materials, presentations, worksheets, and other educational content provided by instructors or content creators remain the intellectual property of their respective creators, subject to the license granted to Ulme Tresto as outlined in this policy.
4. Trademark Policy
4.1 Use of Ulme Tresto Trademarks
You may not use any Ulme Tresto trademarks, logos, or brand elements without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of our trademarks may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition in violation of applicable laws.

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction
5.4 Repeat Infringer Policy
Ulme Tresto maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
